Come along to the event of the year! We are celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Cumbria
Wildlife Trust in style with a Garden Party at Galebars, Kirkby Stephen, courtesy of
Richard and Felicity Arrowsmith. Adjoining the garden is an orchard with beehives and a
hay meadow, which like the nearby Waitby Greenriggs reserve, will be at its flowery best.
There will be short guided walks to these venues, children's games and activities, a
produce stall, raffle and much more. Or you can just enjoy the tea and cakes whilst
listening to a string quartet made up of members of the Cobweb orchestra.
Do come, rain or shine! Adults £5; under 16s £2.50 (to include 1 serving of tea & cakes).
